Tiny Cabin in the Western Carpathians

This 6.6 × 2.6 m tiny rolling house is set in the natural surroundings of the Western Carpathians and is designed to serve as an Airbnb retreat. The interior concept focuses on a nature-inspired design, combining simplicity, warmth, and comfort within a compact footprint. The focal point of the space is the window area behind the bed, framed with shelves filled with books, creating a cozy corner that blends reading with a connection to the outdoors. At the opposite end, a freestanding black bathtub is positioned in front of a large panoramic window, offering an immersive bathing experience with breathtaking views. The project aims to create a small yet distinctive living environment, where simplicity, comfort, and closeness to nature are perfectly balanced. Two design versions were created, both highlighting the role of finishes. In the first version, the built-in side panel shares the same finish as the furniture, visually expanding the space. In the second version, only the bookshelf is green, serving as a striking focal point and visually elongating the room.
