I am writing to inform you that I recently noticed I was charged for two subscriptions that I did not intend to continue.I previously sent an email about this matter but have not yet received a response.
Unfortunately, I was unaware that my attempts to cancel these subscriptions were unsuccessful, and I have not used the program for the past month. I have now successfully canceled both subscriptions.
I kindly request a refund for the charges incurred due to this oversight, as the subscriptions were not used during this period. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.
