PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.

So the solution provided on the forum pages was :  we are checking this problem, we will fix it asap:) And temporary, we suggest you to check your network, clear your PC cache, update system, also update the Google Chrome browser, check if your VPN was turned on? Then try again:)

The typical respose given when no answers can be provided. 

The email respose was quite different: 

 This is because there was a slight outage with the Alibaba Cloud network provider yesterday.

And we are checking this problem urgently, we will fix it asap:)
