Columns are not showing on other floors-Questions&Answers-Homestyler Forum

I am facing this problem where my columns on 1st floor is not showing in the 2nd floor 2d view despite of putting the correct height. Also under view , I did choose to 'view all hidden items', still not showing it. Can someone guide me what to do?

Hello, we kindly tell you that on 2D view, it can only show the items created on the same floor:)

It would be a useful feature if the items shows in other floor if they are able to change the height. @ Homestyler support
