To make the bricks at the bottom of the cafereria, I used the customize tool to make fake walls, then I changed the material. But you can do the same adding a basement with lower height.
Regarding the roof, the porch is a 3D model that I found, probably, at 3DWarehouse. Maybe at 3DSky. To complete the roof, I used customize tool and moldings and cornices.
